The island of Panarea is smallest of the Aeolian Islands, covers an area of 3.3 square kilometers and the highest promontory measure 421 m. sea level and carries the name of Punta Corvo, and offers tourists the hospitality of its centers Ditella, S. The part of the coast and North West has steep cliffs due to erosion, while on the coast of Southern and Eastern Europe, however, relatively high, is characterized by the presence of three shelves, which are located at various altitudes above sea level.
