Area

The Migliorini Apartments are in one of Calabria's typical villages called Maiera.

Overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the towns that become very lively and chaotic as soon as the summer season arrives, Maiera lays silently on a rocky mountain of Calabria, in a relaxing atmosphere enjoying one of the most beautiful panoramas that the world has to offer together with it's neighbour town Grisolia which is very close when speaking about metres but very far when wanting to reach it as the two town are drammatically separated by the deep Vaccuta Torrent. Maierà is an town of a preserved area, the "Pollino National Park", famous for the natural environment, and different species of fauna and flora.

Maiera a tranquil little town of Calabria hosts the Migliorini Apartments.

The property is made out of two separate Apartments with separate entrances however one on top of each other. We have called them the Top and the Bottom apartment to show their differences. They are both for sale either together or singularly.

Have a nice walk through the town arch and reach the town "Piazzetta" to admire the dramatic view for Grisolia.

The Apartments are in the historical town centre, just walking through one of Maiera's arches from the "Piazzetta" (the town square).

	The apartment is on one of the town centre's main old buildings. It comprises of three very spacious rooms and a bathroom. The rooms were previously used as one big double bedroom, a spacious lounge and living room and a kitchen.   This is the alleyway to reach the apartment. Just through the arch in the town's Piazzetta. Entrance is on the left hand side.
	The main room. On the left the entrance to home. To the right the spacious terrace also used by the kitchen which is the room through that big central door.
	The spacious terrace. You can reach the terrace from either the kitchen or the main room. From here a breathtaking view of the Calabrian territory and coast and of the Maiera Town.
	The balcony. The property enjoys the small balcony that goes from the bedroom to the spacious terrace.
	The view from the apartment is spectacular, a natural blend of colours, the blue of the Mediterranean sea with the green of the calabrian flora, the bright yellow sunshine with the deep red of the earth all to be enjoyed from the property's terrace.

The Apartments haven't been lived in for quite some time and need some reconstructing and refurbishing, such as wall renovation, painting, plumbing, wiring and flooring.

Migliorini Bottom Apartment

The Bottom Apartment has same structure and is in same conditions as Top Apartment except for the Terrace.

The Bottom Apartment comprises of a very spacious room that takes place of the Terrace on Top Apartment. Therefore it is comprised of four spacious rooms and bathroom.
